摘要
传统的啤酒膜包机送切膜控制系统故障率偏高,不宜维修,生产效率较低,采用PLC技术对其进行改造,在部分硬件结构改动的基础上,选用台达WplSoft-v209型PLC编制控制程序进行控制后,运用MCGS工业自动化组态软件进行控制。经实验证明改造后的设备运行高效,安全和可靠性都得到了保障,提高了企业的经济效益。
The traditional control system of the membrane′s delivering and cutting part has high failure rate,lower production efficiency and maintenance is uneasy.Uses the PLC technology to improve it,on basis changing the part of hardware structure,selecting the type of Tai Da WplSoft-v209 PLC working out the control procedure to carry on the control.We select and use the type of MCGS to carry on the control.It has been found that the improved machine is high efficiency,more safe and reliable.And that can improve the economic efficiency of the enterprise.
