摘要
法律社会化是法社会学的一个基本命题,亦是国家法律运行的最高要求。长期以来,我国通过五次"普法"运动力图推进法律社会化的进程,然基于其仅限法律条文层面的社会化,而致该法律社会化路径的选择具有先天的不足。因此,确立民众现代的法治理念,并加大对其法律信仰的启蒙与教育,才是中国语境下法律社会化实现的理性路径。
Legal socialization is an elementary sentence of sociology of law. which is also the highest request for one country＇s legal operating. For a long time ,our country has passed five ＂Legal Literacy＂ compaign ,striving to promote the process of legal socialization. While being limited to the legal provision based on its level of socialization, this leads to the lack of a priori of the path choice of the legal socialization. Therefore, to establish the rule of law conception of modem people and to increase their legal belief of enlightenment and education construe the reasonable path of legal socialization under Chinese context.
