论苏区时期我党解决民生问题的若干历史经验

A Research of Some Historical Experiences in Tackling the Livelihood Issues during Soviet Period

苏区时期的民生建设是中国共产党面临局部执政,解决民生问题的第一次伟大尝试。苏区党和政府的民生建设虽然有不足之处,但是千方百计解决民生问题的精神是值得肯定的,也留下了很多历史经验。包括:民生是立党治国之本、发展经济是民生之根、社会建设是民生之路、共享和公平是民生之向。总结其中的经验对于我们在新形势下解决民生问题具有重要意义。

In Soviet period, the Chinese Communist Party faces local governance and people＇s livelihood issues, which is the first attempt. Though there being some shortcomings in their livlihood construction, the spirit focusing on solving livlihood is evident with historical experience left, which involves： people＇s livelihood being the foundation of this country, economic development being the root of people＇s, livelihood, and social construction being the livelihood of the road, sharing and fairness being the people＇s livelihood.
