Factors Influencing the Colour Brilliancy of Cotton Fabric

针对棉针织物鲜亮色在生产中遇到的色花、色渍、变色等问题,从前处理、染料组合及染色工艺、皂洗、调酸等方面进行了分析,通过将各影响因素进行优化,使棉针织物鲜亮色顺利生产。

Aiming at such problems as speckles,staining and colour difference encountered in production of brilliant colour of cotton fabric during dyeing and finishing,analysis from pretreatment,combination of dyes,dyeing process,to soaping and acidity adjusting is carried out and process parameters are optimized so that production of brilliant colour of cotton fabric can be obtained successfully.
