摘要
将壳聚糖与柠檬酸用于棉织物的防皱防臭整理。讨论了柠檬酸、壳聚糖和催化剂浓度以及焙烘温度对织物折皱回复角及白度的影响,并对棉织物防臭性能的影响因素进行了分析。试验结果表明,采用0.5%的分子量为3000的壳聚糖、10%的柠檬酸混合液整理,可使棉织物获得较好的防皱防臭性能。
Chitosan and citric acid are used in the wrinkle-resistant and deodorant finishing of cotton fabric.The effects of citric acid,chitosan and catalyzer concentrations as well as curing temperature on the wrinkle recovery angle and whiteness of cotton fabric are discussed.The factors influencing the deodorant properties of cotton fabric are analyzed.The results showed the wrinkle-resistant and deodorant properties of cotton fabric were improved by the use of 0.5% chitosan with molecular weight 3000 and 10% citric acid.
