摘要
目的:研究苯吡啶-N4-甲基缩氨基硫脲及其钴离子配合物对细菌(包括革兰阳性菌和革兰阴性菌)、霉菌和酵母菌的抑菌活性。方法:采用管碟法对12种常见菌株进行抑菌活性实验,并测定最低抑菌浓度,通过测定菌体的生长曲线,对其抑菌机制进行初步研究。结果:2种药物对细菌、酵母菌和霉菌表现出不同的抑菌作用,加药后的菌体不能达到正常对数生长期而直接进入衰亡期。结论:药物的作用机制可能是抑制细胞的分裂增殖,破坏菌体的细胞壁致菌体死亡。
Objective: To obtain antimicrobial activity of benzoylpyridine-N4-methylthiosemicarbazone and Co(II) complex on bacterium(G+,G-),mold and yeast.Methods: Cylinder-plate method was used to determine the antimicrobial activities and the minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs).Its antimicrobial mechanism was studied by detecting its growing curves.Results: The results indicated that two compounds showed the activity against most of the tested organisms.Among them,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were most sensitive to the compounds.The Bacillus subtilis affected by drug was to be decline phase straightly instead of the normal logarithmic phase.Conclusion: It is suggested that antimicrobial mechanism of the compounds is that division and multiplication of tested cells were suppressed.Moreover,it is that the cell wall was damaged result in killing the cell.
