摘要
130型汽车前轴,是由无缝钢管经压合并焊接而成的。本文对压合机(特别对所用油缸)的结构进行了介绍。实践证明,使用这种工艺生产前轴,质量符合要求,并使生产效率得到了提高。
The front axles for model 130 truck are made of seamless steel pipes through pressing and welding operations In this paper a hydraulic forming press is presented with the emphasis on its hydraulic cylinder.It is verified that the front axles formed with this machine are able to meet the qualitative requirements, furthermore, the productivity is enhanced by this way.
