摘要
分析了轨道交通对零售商业空间的影响。城市轨道交通的不断发展,使零售商业由传统的点状、条状和块状空间逐步转变为多中心、网络化的空间布局结构;促进了新的零售商圈的形成,促使枢纽型零售商业的发展,带动郊区新城零售商业的发展。轨道交通与零售商业结合的形式主要有:地下站厅零售,地下商业街,地下商城,零售商业建筑底层直接与轨道交通车站相通,地铁上盖等。
Becaused of the impact of urban mass transit on retailing spatial distribution,the traditional punctuated long strip and massive spatial distribution of retail business have been changed into multi-centered,networked retailing spatial distribution.Urban mass transit promotes both the old and new retail business circles;urges the development of retail business in transport hubs and leads the development of new suburban retail business.The combination of urban mass transit with retail business could be observed in station hall retail areas,on underground business street and market;the retail business buildings also interlink directly,and urban mass transit with other commercial facilities on the ground of urban mass transit.
