摘要
分析比较主流绩效考核方法中要素评定法,目标管理考核法,关键事件考核法,360度考核法等4种考核方法的操作步骤,优缺点与适用性,以期找出适合的考评办法,有效的达到农科院所科技人员考核的预期目标。
Performance appraisal is an important part of scientific and technological personnel manage- ment. Because of the important role in stimulating the research passion of agricultural-scientific workers, it is the core of human resource management in agricultural institutions. Because the workers' performances are difficult to be quantified, the appropriate methods for performance appraisal are expected.
