摘要
在我国文化创意产业的浪潮下,动漫产业蓬勃发展,经济全球化的大环境更是为我国动漫产品走向国际市场赢得了难得的机遇。然而,我国的动漫产业也存在着动漫基地过多过滥、同质化严重,缺乏人才和人才培养机制,受众定位不准确,出口产业链断裂,缺乏出口龙头骨干企业等问题。要解决这些问题,需要采取政府、企业、行业协会齐推动,制定相关政策鼓励动漫产品出口,建立动漫产品出口管理体系,发展动漫产品外包出口等措施,才能提升动漫产业层次,加快产业升级,实现我国动漫产品"走出去"的发展战略。
In the China’s cultural and idea initiation industries’ tide,China’s animation industry is flourishing.Furthermore,China is offered a great chance to promote our animation products to the international market in the economic globalization environment.However,there are also many problems,such as too many national animation industry bases in a homogenized condition,lack of talent and personnel training system,inaccurate audience orientation,break-down export industries chains,and lack of export leading enterprises.To solve these problems,the government,enterprises,and industry associations should work together to establish animation export management system,develop the outsourcing of export animation products,and accelerate industrial upgrading,with a view to achieving"going out"strategy for China’s animation products.
