四川省乡镇卫生机构技术服务人员宫内节育器相关知识培训效果分析

Survey on training effectiveness in intrauterine device providers of health institutions in rural Sichuan

目的:分析农村卫生适宜技术"药铜宫腔形宫内节育器(IUD)"推广应用人员培训前、后考试试卷,以了解IUD相关实践技能知识,并评价近期培训效果。方法:自行编制试卷,在培训前、后对调查对象进行问卷调查,共收到90份试卷(培训前34份、培训后56份),对培训前、后成绩,以及各知识点错误发生情况进行分析。结果:97%培训前试卷有考点错误,尤其是有关IUD放置时机、手术步骤、IUD型号的选择和放置年限,对IUD循证医学证据的了解普遍匮乏。通过远程和现场强化培训,技术人员的成绩有显著提高(P<0.001)。结论:技术服务人员IUD相关技术的理论和实践技能知识均亟待提高,应强调IUD的科学化、规范化、标准化使用,以提高使用效果,最大限度地降低副反应和并发症的发生风险。

Objective：To analyze the test papers of service providers for copper-plated uterine cavity-shaped device promotion in order to explore their knowledge and skills on intrauterine devices（IUDs）,and evaluate the training effectiveness.Methods：A set of test paper was designed.Ninety test papers（34 pre-exam and 56 post-exam papers）were collected.The scores of test papers as well as errors in each knowledge category were analyzed before and after training.Results：One or more knowledge-points were found in 97% of the test papers before the training,especially related to the insertion time,operation procedure,selection of IUD size and lifespan of IUD.And the evidence-based knowledge on IUDs was poorly known in general.The scores improved significantly after traditional and distance training（P0.001）.Conclusion：The knowledge of IUD with reference to both theory and practice needs urgently to improve.Normalization and standardization of IUD use should be further emphasized to enhance the effectiveness of IUD and minimize the risk of side-effects and complications related to IUD use.
