摘要
道路限速辅助决策系统,通过对车速和道路、交通、气候等限速要素之间的关系以及各限速要素共同作用时采用的串并行控制关系的分析,并借助于Visual Basic程序设计语言,实现以下功能,即在不同的道路等级条件下,当用户输入限速要素的各种条件及参数时,计算机通过对可选限速要素产生的各个限速值进行平均加权处理,对加权平均下的速度值进行车道宽度修正和有无中央分隔带的修正,最后将其与设计车速进行比较,取小值,并将与该值最接近的整10倍数作为辅助决策限速值。
The road speed limit auxiliary decision system discusses the relationship between vehicle speed and speed limit elements such as road, traffic and climate and so on, and the relationship between serial and parallel control when various speed limit elements take their action combined. With the aid of Visual Basic programming language, it has realized the following functions:Under the different road classified condition, when user inputs each kind of condition and parameter of speed limit elements, computer carries on average weighting processing about each speed limit value which is generated by the optional speed limit elements, the lane width revise to the speed value that has been weighted average, and the revise to whether there is median divider or not, finally compares the speed value with design speed, chooses the small value and takes its most recent entire multiples of 10 as the auxiliary decision limit value.
