摘要
研究了汽车散热器水室与主片用H68带材的深冲性能,指出了用“杯突值”评价上述材料深冲性能的局限性,论述了影响其深冲性能的因素,提出了具体的评价指标及其限值。
The drawing quality of H68 strip copper for making radiator tanks and cooling fins is studied. The author indicated the limitations in evaluating the drawing quality of sheet metal by 'cutting test', This paper also describes some faetors influencing the drawing quality, brings forward several detailed evaluation parameters and their criteria.
