摘要
文章首先分析了高技术产业集群内部动因:提升创新能力、降低成本等,外部动因:带动区域经济发展,同时分析了高技术产业集群的区域影响因素:市场需求、人力资源、风险投资等,接着进一步分析了高技术产业集群对区域经济的提升效应。在此基础上,文章提出了加大高技术产业集群,促进区域经济发展的前瞻性对策。
This paper first analyzes not only the internal motives such as improving innovative capability and reducing costs, but also the extemal motives like driving regional economic development. Meanwhile it analyzes the regional influencing factors of high-tech industrial clusters such as market demand, human resources, venture capital, etc. Furthermore, it analyzes the effects of high-tech industrial clusters towards regional economic enhancement. Based on the above, some forward-looking strategies are put forward to enlarge the high-tech industrial clusters and promote regional economic development.
