Righteous Mouse is mini-story from Strange Tales of a Lonely Studio which is a collection of classical Chinese novels. Although it has aroused some attention and some scholars have studied it, it is far from sufficient. From the point of ideological, artistic and aesthetic view, this paper conducts a careful study of Righteous Mouse and assumes that it＇s a masterpiece of classical Chinese novel and mini-story with novel structure, complicated plot, vivid image and lively characters.
