浅谈通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床观察

目的 观察通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法68例冠心病心绞痛的患者，随机分为两组，对照组32例，采用常规抗心绞痛药物治疗，通心络组36例，在采用常规抗心绞痛药物基础上加用通心络胶囊，观察两组疗效，比较有效率。结果通心络纽显效18例（50.0％），有效15例（41.6％），总有效率91．6％；对照组显效13例（40．6％），有效10例（31．2％），总有效率71.8％；通心络组总有效率明显优于对照组。结论通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛效果明显。

Objectivc To observe the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the treatment Of coronary heartdisease and angina pectorts. Methods 68 cases with angina pectoris were randomly divide into control group（routine treatment）and Tongxinluo capsule group（routine treatment added Tongxinluo capsule）. Results Totaleffective power of improving angina pectorls in Tongxinluo capsule group and control group were 91.6%,71.8%respectively. Conclusion Tongxinluo capsule is effective to angina pectoris.
