NdFeB磁粉的表面对柔性粘结永磁体性能的影响

Effect of surface treatment of NdFeB Powders on the Properties of the Flexible Bonded Permanent Magnets

摘要 采用三种不同型号的防锈油对HDDR-NdFeB磁粉进行表面处理,将处理后的磁粉用压延工艺制备成柔性片状磁体。研究了处理后的磁粉制备的磁体的抗氧化性能、力学性能和磁性能。结果表明表面处理后的磁粉制备的磁体的抗氧化性能和磁性能均有所提高。防锈油处理能大幅度提高磁体的韧性和柔性,断裂拉伸率最高可达389%,但会降低磁体强度。防锈油处理磁粉后,磁体的添粉量可以大幅提高,对于100目的磁粉,磁粉与橡胶比值由10提高到25,最大磁能积提高了41.2%。 The HDDR - NdFeB powders are coated with three kinds of anticorrosion oil. The oxidation behaviors, mechanical and magnetic properties of the flexible bonded magnets produced by the treated powders using calendering technics are systematically studied. The experimental results shows that all the treatments can improve the anticorrosion properties of the magnets. The treatment of anticorrosion oil can enhances the resilience and flexible of magnets,whose maximal elongation is as high as 389% , but can reduces the tensile strength of the magnets simultaneously. In the process of calendaring, anticorrosion oil can enhance the anticorrosion property of magnetic powders. The ratio of magnetic powders (standard sieve of 100 - mesh) to rubber can be substantially increased from 10 : 1 to 25 : 1 on account of anticorro- sion oil, and the (BH)max can be enhanced by 41.2%.
