摘要
从结构材料的“材料选择与材料设计”的三原则出发,并从材料化学成分、组织形态和缺陷结构三方面综合考虑,进行了合金钢成分设计。同时,阐述了用28SiMnB钢代替60Si2-MnB钢制造板簧的理由及可行性。
Acording to the guide lines for selection of engineering materials, in this paper the elemental composition of an alloy steel is studied in comprehensive consideration of the chemical composition, structural pattern and defective structure of materials. Meanwhil, the reasons and feasibility of using steel 28SiMnB instead of 60Si2Mn in making spring leaves are explained.
