摘要
主要研究了分布式发电并网运行对配电网可靠性的影响,考虑当前配电网元件和负荷原始参数的不确定性,采用区间算法计算分布式电源并网运行时的可靠性指标。以一个简单的配电网为模型,得出含DG的配电网可靠性指标的计算公式。以IEEE-RBTSBus6测试系统为算例,分别比较分布式电源的未接入、看成额定容量的发电机以及有多个运行状态的发电机组等情况,来分析不同模型对配电网可靠性的影响,并验证分布式发电并网运行在改善电网可靠性方面的作用。
The impact of distributed generation (DG) parallel operation on the reliability of distribution network is studied. Considering the uncertainty of original parameters in both components and loads of distribution system, the indices for the reliability evaluation of distribution network with DG parallel operation based on the interval computation are calculated. Taking a simple distribution system for model, the formulas for the reliability evaluation of distribution network with DG are obtained. Taking RBTS 6 - bus distribution system for example, the impact of different model on the reliability of distribution network is analyzed by comparing with the distributed generation which is not switching in, the generators treated as having rated capacity as well as the generators with multiple operating conditions, thus the effect of DG parallel operation in improving the reliability of distribution network is verified.
