摘要
近年来,随着“两网”改造的深入和电网运行水平的提高,将变电站由常规站改为综合自动化变电站渐渐成为一种趋势。大量采用远方集中监视、控制等变电站综合自动化系统,既提高了劳动生产率,又减少了人为误操作的可能。采用变电站综合自动化技术是计算机和通信技术应用的方向,也是电网发展的趋势。综合自动化改造后的变电站,其运行情况越来越依赖于自动化装置的实用性及成熟性,但同样也不可避免地带来了一些问题。基于改造经验.就综合自动化改造中出现的问题做出相应分析,并对这些问题提出了相应的解决方案。
In recent years, with the reforamtion of "two networks" and the improvement of operation level of power grid, changing substation from the traditional one to integrated automation substation has become the trend gradually. Integrated automation system of substation adopts remote integrated supervisory control, which has not only raised labour productivity but also reduced the possibility of misoperation. Adopting the integrated automation technology for substation is the application directions of computer and communication technology, and it is also a developing trend of power grid. The operating condition of the substation after the integrated automation reformation depends on the practicability and maturity of the automatic devices more and more, but it will bring some problems unavoidably too. Based on the reformation experiences, the problems occurring in the integrated automation reformation are analyzed, and the corresponding solutions are put forward.
