摘要
接地工程是GIS变电站的基础工程,地网材料的种类、截面积大小和导体连接的方式都直接影响到接地系统的成本、品质及寿命,直接关系到变电站设备和人身安全以及电网正常稳定的运行。为了满足相关规范要求,在广元110kV九华GIS变电站采用了特殊的电镀铜包钢接地极作为接地装置材料,连接工艺使用了热熔焊接技术。通过对GIS站占地面积与其接地电阻、施工的优越性、材料性能、连接方式、维护与经济性进行比较,论证了铜包钢接地棒及热熔焊接技术的优越性与可行性。
Ground work is the basis of GIS substation project, the types of network materials, the cross - sectional area of conductor size and the way to connect to the grounding system will directly affect the cost, the quality and the lifetime of the system, and also they are directly related to the safety of substation equipment and the personnel as well as the normal and stable operation of power grid. In order to meet the relevant regulatory requirements, in Guangyuan 110 kV Jiuhua GIS substation the ground electrode made of a special plating copper clad steel is used as a grounding device, which adopts the hot - melt welding technology. After comparing the area of relatively GIS substation, the grounding resistance, the advantages of the construction, the features of the materials, the way of connection, the maintenance and the economy, the superiority and feasibility of the copper clad steel ground rods and hot - melt welding technology are demonstrated.
