Research on a Theory about the School Government according to the Law and the Modern University System

我国现代大学制度的内涵首先表现在应秉承学术自由、大学自治、以人为本和彰显民族特色的价值理念,要使得这些理念得以制度化就必须实施依法治校的方略;依法治校的实质内涵与灵魂是奉行法的统治,坚持一种制度化、规范化与程序化的大学治理方式;依法治校与现代大学制度之间存在着必然的逻辑贯通。

The connotation of modern university system should be first in adhering to academic freedom,university autonomy,people-oriented,and in highlighting national features of values.To make these ideas institutionalized must implement the strategy of school government according to the law.The substance and the soul of school government by laws are to pursue the rule of law,to adhere to a university governing way of institutionalization,standardization and routinization.There exists an inevitable logic linking between school government according to the law and the modern university system.
