摘要
对曲轴齿轮轴颈键槽位置精度参数的两种控制方法进行了分析,建立了数学模型,讨论了其等效互换和控制参数的合理选择等问题,并对其进行了比较。同时,提出了三参数控制的设想。
In this paper two ways used for controlliog the keyway positional accuracy, i.e. f_0, ±α_0 and f_0, F_0, in crankshaft timing gear journals are studied. The math models are established and a few points concerning the equivalent interchangeability and rational selection of the controlling parameters are discussed and compared, meanwhile the idea of fhree paramefer control are suggested.
