摘要
根据全并联AT供电方式的特点,提出了保护动作流程,并给出了具体的保护方案。根据保护动作流程,变电所馈线重合闸动作前后的供电方式改变,必然导致保护装置整定值的改变,针对该变化,提出了对同一断路器随着重合闸动作改变整定值的保护方案,从而保证保护的可靠性,然后给出了它们之间的配合原理,保证保护装置不误动和不拒动。最后在本文保护方案的基础上,提出了一种简单可行的测距方法。
According to the characteristics of all-parallel AT power supply system, put forward an applicable protection scheme and an applicable protection flow. The way of the power supply before and after the actions of the feeder relay results in the protection setting changed. The protection setting of the same relay is changed to ensure the reliability of the protection. Then the cooperating rule is put forward. Finally, put forward a simple but feasible method to locate the fault location based on the protection scheme
