The pressure test of automatic and centralized grease lubrication systems for vehicle chassis

车辆底盘自动集中润滑系统解决了手动润滑带来的一系列问题。通过对车辆底盘自动集中润滑系统及其压力控制进行分析,研究压力试验的仪器与方法,采集润滑系统主油路首末端压力信号,绘制系统压力特性曲线,为润滑系统性能分析提供依据。

Based on analyzing automatic and centralized grease lubrication systems for vehicle chassis and its pressure control, the instrument and methods of its pressure test was designed ; the beginning and ending pressure signal on main lines of lubrication system was gathered; the characteristic pressure graph of lubrication system was drawed ,and it provides the basis for analyzing the performance of lubrication system.
