搞好未来的住宅设计──浅谈住宅厨房、卫生间布局的合理性

住宅建筑是人与自然环境相互关系中的重要因素，是人类实现可持续发展的一个重要环节。本篇文章作者通过自己的设计经验，总结了近几年来住宅设计中的一些问题，大胆对厨房，卫生间的合理性布局，以及厨卫设施等阐明了自己的观点，提出了自己的意见．其目的在于使明天的住宅设计更好的为人民服务，更大的满足于人民的需要，为人民创造出更加优美和舒适的居住环境．

The construction of apartment is an important factor in the relation between human being and natural environment, and it is also a necessary condition for people to realize their continuous development. In accordance with the defects of current architectural design, the author gives two points according to her experience:Ⅰ) how to make the lay out of a kitchen and washroom reasonable and comfortable; Ⅱ)she suggests that the investor, designer, constructor and the user of the apartment should get in touch as early as the apartment is designed, and this will make the kitchen and washroom more suitable to the user. This will save the user a lot of money for decoration. It is also a good way to promote the production of the facilihes for kitchen and washroom, to make the quality and standard of the facilities to reach a high level.The author believe that the people will enjoy a more comfortable apartment environment through above improvement.
