本文从股份合作制的运行机理、改革历史和建筑企业的特点等角度分析了集体所有制建筑企业实行股份合作制的最新变化。作者认为，应根据各个企业的实际情况，采取“改革形式分流、工作指导分类、产权分清和政企分开”等“四分”对策来指导企业改革．

Significant changes are taking place during the implementation of the stock Co-op system in collective construction firms. We analysis these changes from the following perspectives:(a)the mechanism of the stock Co-op system; (b)history of system reform in collective construction firms, and (c)major characteristics of the collective construction industry. A 'four-separation' strategy is proposed to deal with emerging problems.
