浅议再就业问题

My Views On Reemployment

本文旨在揭示目前存在的再就业问题，有着深刻的社会原因和历史渊源，既有远因，也有近因.为求妥善解决这一问题，希望有关部门对下岗职工抱着满腔热忱倍加关注，下岗职工也要转变观念。多方通力合作，把下岗和再就业这一社会的热点工作做深做细，以便稳定社会，促进国民经济进一步发展。

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the current reemployment phenomenon which has its profound social historical and current reasons. In order to solve this problem properly, we hope each department will take great care of those unemployment people with warm heart. The unemployed people have to change their concepts, cooperate each other sincerely and do their best to guarantee that the main social task of unemployment and reemployment can be implemented thoroughly to stabilize the society and further develop the national economy.
