摘要 本文概述了耐久性设计这一先进技术的发展现状;针对现有的确定性裂纹增长方法(DCGA)的明显不足,提出了。发展的DCGA”[1],其主要思想是:“在已经建立的通用EIPS分布的基础上,将结构的初始缺陷用原始疲劳质量模型描述,采用DCGA的程序及其计算结果,求出裂纹超越概率p(i,τ)与时间τ之间的关系,从而实现确定结构的损伤度和进行经济寿命预测的目的。”同时还编制了用发展的DCGA进行损伤度评估与经济寿命预测的程序,并通过一个应用算例证实了方法与程序的可行性。 This paper, which serves as a general introduction to the developmemt of the advanced technology of the durabillty design, not only reveals the deficiencies of the ex- isting deterministic crack growth analysis (DCGA) but a1so introduces its improved version, the extended DCGA. Its main points are followsf'On the basis of the established commonly used EIFS distribution, the initial flaw in airframe is shown in the form of initia1 fatigue quality model. The DCGA program and its calcuIation result are used in finding out the relation betwecn the probabillty of crack exceedance p(i,T) and timc T, and the determi- nation or damage degree and economic 1if e prediction can be demonstrated.' The paper al- so introduces the program of using the extented DCGA to determine the damage degree and make ecnomic llfe prediction. All examp1e is provided in this paper to prove the feasibility of the method and the programs.
