正交试验优选芩归地黄口服液的提取工艺

The optimition of preparation press of Qinguidihuang Oral Liquid by Orthogonal test method

目的优选芩归地黄口服液的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验,以测定黄芩苷含量为考察目标,对芩归地黄口服液的提取条件进行优选。结果影响因素为:加水量>药液含醇量>煎煮时间>煎煮次数。芩归地黄口服液的最佳提取工艺为:加10倍量的水煎煮两次,每次60min,滤过,浓缩后加入适量的乙醇,使含醇量为65%～70%,放置24h后取上清液、回收乙醇。结论该制备工艺合理有效,成分提取率高。

Objective To select the optimal preparation process of optimum the extraction condition of baicalain from Qinguidihuang Oral Liquid. Methods Orthogonal test to determine baicalin content of the study objectives,optimum the extraction of baicalain was selected as the content index.Results Influencing factors ：solid-liquid ratio Solution containing methanol Decoction time decoction frequency.The money benefits the best mixture Extraction Process ：tenfold increase in the volume of water decoction twice,each 60 minutes,filtration,after adding suitable concentration of ethanol,alcohol made with a capacity of 65% to 70%,placed 24 hours after filtration,recovery of ethanol.Conclusion This optimum preparing procedures are rational and the extraction rate of active compenents is good.
