42例扁平疣患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化

Change of peripheral blood lymphocyte subpopulation in 42 patients with verruca plana

目的研究扁平疣患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及B细胞、NK细胞的变化规律。方法应用流式细胞仪对42例扁平疣患者及40例正常对照人群的外周血淋巴细胞进行分群检测。结果42例扁平疣患者外周血中总T、TH细胞及TH/TS比值均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.002),TS细胞则显著高于正常对照组(P<0.001),B细胞和NK细胞与正常对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本研究结果显示扁平疣患者外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群存在着明显的细胞紊乱和细胞免疫抑制。

Objective Analyse the results of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulation,B cell and NK cell in patients with verruca plana.Methods The lymphocyte in peripheral blood of 42 samples patients with verruca plana and 40 samples with normal control were detected by flow cytometry.Results The results showed that the pan T,TH and radio of TH /TS were significantly lower （P〈0.002） and those of TS cells were significantly higher （P〈0.001） than those of normal controls.No statistical difference of B cell and NK cell was found among groups of verruca plana and normal control （P〉0.05）.Conclusion This study showed that the prominently cellrlar immunity change and suppressed in peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulation with verruca plana.
