不同分型脑外伤患者急性期外周血炎性细胞因子表达变化 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察不同分型脑外伤患者急性期外周血炎性细胞因子表达变化。方法89例不同分型(根据格拉斯哥昏迷评分,GCS)脑外伤患者急性期接受了外周血炎性细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和IL-8)检测。结果中、重型脑外伤组(GCS评分≤12分,34例)颅脑损伤患者入院后第1天和第7天血清TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6和IL-8浓度均明显高于轻型(GCS评分13~15分,55例)。结论中、重型脑外伤患者急性期外周血炎性细胞因子表达强烈。
