羊水污染对胎儿的危害及观察处理 被引量:5

摘要 目的讨论羊水污染对胎儿的危害及观察处理。方法收集本院产时发现羊水污染989例临床资料,分析其对胎儿的危害。结果羊水污染常被认为是胎儿宫内窘迫的指标,污染度高,胎儿窘迫发生率愈高。结论加强产前产时检查及监护,严密观察及时处理,减少胎儿窘迫,降低新生儿窒息率,提高产科质量。
