丝裂霉素、白细胞介素Ⅱ联合治疗恶性胸腔积液40例疗效分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的观察丝裂霉素白细胞介素Ⅱ(IL-2)联合治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法将40例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分组治疗组22例及对照组18例,两组患者在胸腔闭式引流放净胸水后,治疗组胸腔内注射丝裂霉素IL-2,对照组注射丝裂霉素。结果治疗组完全缓解(CR)11例,部分缓解(PR)9例,总有效率90%,对照组CR6例,PR7例,总有效率66%,两组比较差异显著性(P<0.05)。结论丝裂霉素IL-2联合治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效确切,毒副作用小,疗效满意。
