摘要
我国城市土地有偿使用制度的深化改革,实现了土地使用权与土地所有权相分离可转让的制度安排,构成了城市土地市场的委托代理关系机制.通过对城市土地市场委托代理关系存在和作用的根源和必然性的分析,建立了若干城市土地市场委托代理关系的作用模式。
It is the deepen reformation of China urban land repaying use makes the system arrangement of its free hold and the leasehold be departed and transfered,also forms the angency relation of urban land market. By analyse the origin and necessity of the existence and function of urban land market angency relation, some function models of urban land market angeney relation have been established. The developing essence and reform direction of urban land market is exposed too.
