金纳多对遗传性视网膜色素变性的治疗作用

摘要 目的观察抗凋亡剂金纳多(EGb761)对视网膜色素变性的RCS大鼠的作用,探讨其对视网膜变性神经元保护的可能机制。方法在RCS大鼠出生后腹腔内注射EGb761,从感光细胞开始凋亡时观察EGb761对神经元的保护作用,并探讨EGb761的作用机制。结果在RCS大鼠视网膜变性的早期,EGb761对神经元起保护作用,可以使感光细胞得到更多存留。EGb761是通过抑制FasL的表达,减少神经元细胞凋亡,对视网膜变性有保护作用。结论EGB761能抑制感光细胞早期神经元的凋亡,可作为治疗遗传性视网膜色素变性的一种理想药物。 Objective To observe the anti-apoptotic agents Ginaton (EGb761) on retinal pigment degeneration of the RCS rats to explore the degeneration of retinal neurons in the protection mechanism. Methods Observation of RCS rat animal model of hereditary retinal degeneration of retinal photoreceptor cells of the visual cortex area 17 cells and its mechanism. Results In the RCS rat retinal degeneration of early,EGb761 protective effects on neurons ,photoreceptor cells can make more retention. EGb761 by inhibiting the expression of FasL to reduce neuronal apoptosis, a protective effect on retinal degeneration. Conclusion EGB761 photoreceptot cells can inhibit neuronal apoptosis in eariy stage can be used as the treatment of hereditary retinitis pigmenrosa an ideal drug.
