摘要
采用5%浓度的PEG1000、浸泡1天的处理模式,研究了PEG对不同活力水平谷子种子的活力和田间产量的影响。结果表明:(1)PEG处理可明显提高谷子种子的发芽能力和活力水平,并以对活力的影响最为显著;(2)PEG处理对苗期性状作用显著;(3)PEG处理具有明显的增产作用;(4)种子活力越低,PEG的处理效果越好。
Using the model of 5% PEG 10000 dressing foxtail millet seed with different vigor levels for one day, thechanges of the seed vigor and field yield were studied. The results showed that (1) PEG could obviously increasethe germinating force, especially seed vigor; (2)PEG had obvious action on developing of seedling; (3)The finalfield was outstandingly increased after PEG treatment; (4)The lower the seed vigor, the better the effects of PEGtreatment.
