无创通气在中重度哮喘治疗中的作用探讨

The Analysis of the Value of Woundless Artificial Respiration in Treatment of Serious Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察无创通气在支气管哮喘中重度发作的治疗效果。方法:将60例中重度支气管哮喘患者随机分为药物治疗对照组和无创通气治疗组,每组各30例,治疗3 d后将两组患者动脉血气中pH值、PaCO2及PaO2变化进行比较。结果:治疗后治疗组pH值、PaCO2及PaO2变化与对照组相比较好转明显,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:无创通气是治疗中重度支气管哮喘发作的安全有效方法。

Objective：To analyse the value of woundless artificial respiration in treatment of serious bronchial asthma.Methods：Separated 60 serious bronchial asthma patients into two groups randomly.One wes contrast group（received medicine treatment only） and the other wes observed group（received the treatment of woundless artificial respiration whilst medicine）.The changes of the values of pH,PaCO2 and PaO2 in patients＇arterial blood were analyzed.Results：Compared the changes of the two groups,the patients in observed group were much better after treating than in contrast group.And the difference between the two groups were significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In treatment of serious bronchial asthma,woundless artificial respiration is a safe and valuable methods.
