近红外激光热疗对人宫颈癌Caski细胞抑制作用的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过近红外激光热疗对人宫颈癌Caski细胞的体内体外实验研究,评估该项技术的可行性。方法:首先对人宫颈癌Caski细胞进行近红外激光照射;再对裸鼠肿瘤模型进行近红外激光诱导照射。通过针对宫颈癌细胞的体内体外试验,观察肿瘤细胞的形态变化,肿瘤模型的病理变化以及肿瘤体积质量的变化等,从而分析该疗法的可行性和效果。结果:体内体外实验表明,宫颈癌Caski细胞及裸鼠成瘤模型经近红外激光热疗作用后,细胞明显变形、坏死,细胞增殖受到明显抑制,其中4w功率组的细胞抑制率达77.04%。裸鼠种植的肿瘤出现明显坏死,其质量体积明显减小。结论:近红外激光热疗可以明显抑制人宫颈癌Caski细胞的增值,可使宫颈癌肿瘤模型体积减小,可作为宫颈癌治疗的一种有效方法。 Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of near-infrared laser hyperthermia on human Caski cells of cervical carcinoma in vitro and in vivo.Methods:By in vitro and in vivo experiments,the morphologic changes of cells and the pathological changes of tumour models were observed.We can estimate the effect of the treatment.Results:Near-infrared laser could significantly inhibit the proliferation of Caski cells,.Animal – experiment showed that it could significantly inhibit the weight and volume of cervical carcinoma.Conclusions:Near-infrared laser could inhibit the proliferation of human Caski cells and the weight and volume of cervical carcinoma.It could open up a new treatment of cervical carcinoma.
