联合检测血糖、血清果糖胺、糖化血红蛋白对糖尿病的意义

The Clinical Meaning of Combined Detection of GLU,GSP,GHb to DM

目的:探讨糖尿病(DM)患者空腹血糖(GLU)、血清果糖胺(GSP)及糖化血红蛋白(GHb)3者之间的关系。方法:分别以氧化酶法、还原法和免疫胶乳法检测了96例经临床确诊糖尿病患者的GLU、GSP、GHb,并以健康人45例作对照。结果:DM患者空腹GLU与GSP及GHb水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);DM组空腹GLU与GHb及GSP均呈正相关,相关系数(γ)分别为0.59及0.75,DM患者GLU、GSP及GHb3者关系密切,血清GSP测定简单、实用、稳定。结论:若3者联合检测,将更有助于DM的诊断及疗效监测。

Objective：This paper deals with the discussion of the relationship between Fasting blood glucose of DM,GSP and GHb.Methods：With enzymatic oxidation,reduction and immune latex France,96 cases of clinically diagnosed diabetes of GLU,GSP,GHb have been detected seperately.And 45 healthy people were used as contrast.Results are DM patients with GSP and GHb fasting GLU levels were significantly higher than the normal contrast group（P0.01）.DM fasting GLU and GHb,and GSP were positively related.Correlation.Results：Positive correlation between DM fasting and GLU,GHb and GSP.Correlation coefficient（γ） were 0.59 and 0.75.DM patients with GLU,GSP,and GHb three closely related.Determination of serum GSP is simple,practical and stable.Conclusions：If the three joint detection are combined,this will further contribute to the diagnosis of DM and efficacy monitoring.
