三通管输血在抢救失血性休克中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨三通管输血在失血性休克急救中的应用。方法:中重度失血性休克患者120例随机分为常规输血组、三通管输血组,对比观察两组复苏后2 h内中心静脉压(CVP),平均动脉压(MAP)、尿量达到早期复苏目标的例数,统计分析达标情况。结果:三通管输血组的达标例数均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三通管输血大大提高了失血性休克患者的早期复苏成功率。 Objective:To study the application of three-way catheters transfuse on hemorrhagic shock of emergency.Methods:120 cases of the serious hemorrhagic shock patient were randomly divided into the regular transfused group and the three-way catheters transfused group.Observe the come up to normalization cases of CVP,MAP and urinary output in 2 h after resuscitation,then assay it.Results:The come up to normalization cases of three-way catheters transfuse was significantly higher than the regular group(P0.05).Conclusions:The three-way catheters transfuse can notably improve the efficiency of early resuscitation in hemorrhagic shock patient.
