老年脑梗死合并2型糖尿病70例临床分析

Analysis on the Characters of 70 Elder Patients Suffer from Cerebral Infarction Combined with Diabetes

目的:探讨脑梗死合并糖尿病时的表现及治疗。方法:回顾分析70例老年脑梗死合并糖尿病患者的临床资料。结果:脑梗死合并糖尿病时临床症状加重,合并症增多。结论:脑梗死合并糖尿病者血管情况差,其他脏器合并症多,需综合治疗改善预后。

Objective：To assess the characters and treatments of cerebral infarction combined with diabetes.Methods：To analyse informations of 70 old patients suffered from infarction combined with diabetes.Results：Clinical symptom of cerebral infarction combined with diabetes was worse and it was more complication than usual.Conclusions：The state of blood vessel in cerebral infarction combined with diabets was worse and complication was more than those of other cerebral infarction.it needs multidisciplinany therapy to improve prognosis.
