摘要
针对机械电子工程办学模式及特点,结合就业岗位群工作范围和技术领域及人才知识、能力和素质结构分析,在借鉴德国高职教育教学经验的基础上,以社会人才市场现实与未来发展对人才的有效需求为导向、以职业岗位(群)能力需求为依据,确定了机械电子工程毕业生综合技术应用能力结构和应有的知识、能力、素质结构,形成了"四层两段一贯穿"的课程结构体系,构建了"相互平行、融合交叉的理论和实践教学体系",创建了"核心技术一体化"教学模式,对机械电子工程专业及人才培养模式进行了改革与创新。
Based on the schooling models and features of mechanical and electronic engineering,drawing lessons from experiences of German education and teaching,guided by the requirements for the professional post capability,the reform and innovation are carried out on professional cultivation model for mechanical and electronic engineering.It confirms "four-layer,two-period,and one-model-penetration" curriculum structure,and both parallel and crossed teaching method.The core technique integration is determined as a teaching model according to the professional capability demand of the personnel market and industry developments.
