引进工作压力理论中被最广泛运用的JDC模型,试从这个维度阐述导师与硕士研究生之间的关系。通过对模型中高压力关系、积极性关系、低压力关系及消极性关系的解析,得出师生关系和谐与异化的原因,从而找到解决师生关系异化的方法。

This article introduces JDC model,which is widely applied in the working pressure theory,to elaborate relationship between the postgraduates and teachers.Through the analysis on the highly stressful relationship,positive relationship,low strain relationship and negative relationship,the author obtains the reason for the harmonious relationship and the disassimilation of the relationship between teachers and students,thus finds the approach to the disassimilation of the relationship between the postgraduates and teachers.
