摘要
通过对汽车工业中几种常用锻造设备的对比,论述了液压锤在节能减振方面的优越性;阐述了液压锤研制、改进及其在汽车零件模锻中的应用;分析了采用液压锤的经济效益。
After comparing several common used forging equipments in the automo-
tive industries, in this paper a hydraulic hammer having an advantage in
energy saving and vibration absorbing is described. In addition, the develo-
pment and modification of hydraulic hammer and its application in die forging
automotive parts are presented, the economic benefit utilizing this hammer is
analysed as well.
