摘要 目的:探讨生物医学领域双向电泳技术及蛋白质组学研究现状及未来的应用前景。方法:收集有关双向电泳技术在生物医学研究中的国内外近期研究资料并加以综合归纳。结果:近年来国内外对双向电泳技术在病原微生物蛋白质组学、肿瘤蛋白质组学及药物作用机制研究和应用范围的拓展均取得了可喜成绩。结论:双向电泳技术在蛋白质组与医学领域的深入研究具有重要的理论意义和应用价值,前景广阔。 Objective:To discuss the research status and application prospect of two-dimensional electrophoresis.Methods:Collecting and summarizing domestic and foreign data concerned recently.Results:Great progress has been made on the research and application of two-dimensional electrophoresis both at home and abroad in recent years.Conclusion:Researching two-dimensional electrophoresis takes on significant value for theory research and application in disease diagnosis and therapy,and it shows brighter application prospects in future.
