摘要
对旧屋进行改造，采用窗式净化方式、层流柜、超净工作台、冷暖空调等设备建立二级动物实验室，经检测，其环境指标符合国家标准。引进等级裸鼠饲育观察４５个月，亲代和子一代裸鼠生长发育正常，质控指标均达到国家二级标准。
Grade Ⅱ facility with window-purification set,lamina air flow units,super-clean working table,cold and warm air-conditions etc.for raising experimcntal animals has been establishcd by reconstructing the old buildings.All the environmental indices met the na tional standard after examination.Then the nude mice were introduced and kept them in the facility for 4 to 5 months.All mice and their F1 generation grew healthily.The quality of these nude mice examined by Chinese Institute of Medical Sciences met the Grade Ⅱ standard.The success would have great significance in standardizing the condition of experimental animals in our country.
