健康动物肠菌群对小鼠增重育肥试验

TRIAL OF INCREASING GROWTH ON KUNMING MOUSE WITH ENTERIC NORMAL FLORA FROM HEALTHY ANIMALS

将２５株动物肠菌群制成含活菌４ｍｇ／ｍｌ的单菌菌液或复合菌菌液，分别对昆明小鼠进行饲喂，添加量为颗粒料的００３％（湿菌），观察其增重情况。结果表明：单株菌各试验组中有１２株菌增重效果显著；复合菌各试验组中，有４组增重效果显著；以混合菌株饲喂小鼠增重效果比单株增重效果好。

Single strain or complex strains liquid containing 4 mg/ml of enteric normal flora from many sorts of healthy animals were mamufactured.Then the liquid (0.03%) was added into ordinary fodder separately for feeding Kunming mice.The results showed that:(l)In single strain tests,there were 12 single strains with remarkable effect in increasing growth ( P <0.05) while in complex strains tests,there were 4 groups with obvious effect in increasing growth on Kunming mice ( P <0 01 or P <0605) (3)The effect in increasing growth with complex strains were better than with single srtrain.
