低砷染毒对小鼠致肾脏氧化损伤的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:动态观察低剂量砷染毒小鼠致肾脏脂质过氧化情况。方法:96只健康雄性KM小鼠随机分组,设0、50、500、5000μg/L4个染毒组,再将每个剂量组分4、6、8周3个染毒时间点,经饮水染毒,测定肾脏脂质过氧化和抗氧化水平。结果:在肾脏组织中:丙二醛(MDA)含量均随染毒时间和染毒剂量的增加而增高,差异有显著性(P<0.05);过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性则是均随着染毒时间和染毒剂量的增加出现先增高后降低的现象,其增高差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。GSH-Px活性降低与对照组之间差异有显著性(P<0.05),而SOD活性降低与对照组相比差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:低砷可以诱导小鼠肾脏的抗氧化损伤系统出现适应性的增高,随着剂量和作用时间增加最终会造成小鼠的氧化损伤。
