十字交叉心的彩色多普勒超声心动图诊断

The diagnosis of crisscross hearts by doppler echocardiography

目的:分析十字交叉心(CH)的彩色多普勒超声心动图图像特征,评价多普勒超声心动图诊断CH的准确性。方法:回顾性分析40例CH患者的超声检测结果,并与其外科手术结果相对照。结果:40例患者中超声心动图诊断正确23例(占57.5.6%),漏诊23例(占42.5%)。40例CH患者中,25例合并右室双出口,9例合并大动脉转位,3例合并肺动脉闭锁,其他3例。结论:多普勒超声心动图可以较准确地诊断CH,但需与上下心室相鉴别。

Objective To review the imaging characteristics of crisscross hearts and evaluate the accuracy of the diagnosis by doppler echocardiography. Methods Echoeardiography, right cardiac catheterization and operation on 40 cases with crisscross hearts were retrospectively studied. Results 23 in 40 patients （57.5%） were diagnosed correctly, missed diagnosis occurred in 17 cases （42.5%）. In 40 cases, 25 cases with double outlet of right ventricle, 9 eases with transposition of great arteries, 3 case with pulmonary atresia, 3 case with simplex congenital heart disease. Conclusion Crisscross hearts could be diagnosed accurately by doppler echocardiography, but it should be differented from superiorinferior ventricles.
